Event Code of Conduct
Microsoft’s commitment to corporate responsibility and integrity guides everything we do as a company and defines the work of our ethics and compliance program. This includes at the Global MVP and RD Summit events where we seek to provide a respectful, friendly, professional, and inclusive experience for all participants.

Event Expectations
We expect all MVP and RD Summit event participants to uphold the principles of the Code of Conduct, which covers both digital events and all related activities. We will not tolerate disruptive or disrespectful behavior, messages, images, or interactions by any party participant, in any form, at any aspect of the program including business and social activities, regardless of location.
Microsoft will not tolerate harassment or discrimination based on age, ancestry, color, gender identity or expression, national origin, physical or mental disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances. We encourage everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment.
Microsoft reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove any person from the Global MVP and RD Summit events or any other future live events.

Reporting Conduct Violations
If you become aware of a conduct violation on or offline, you are encouraged to report it to our Support Team at MVP Global Administrator. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact this team immediately. If you do not feel comfortable going through this channel, you can raise an anonymous concern via the Microsoft Runs on Trust website.
NDA Policy Reminder
All MVP and RD Summit content shared with you before, throughout, and after the event is Microsoft confidential and provided under your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Photography, video, or recording of session content or presentations in any format shared in social channels is prohibited.
